GetPromoted ("the Service") is an online tool that helps tech professionals create promotion packets through a guided interview process. The Service generates documents based on information you provide. It is offered for informational purposes and does not guarantee any employment outcome.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using GetPromoted, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You retain ownership of all information, documents, and responses you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely for the purpose of generating your promotion packet. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
The promotion packet generated by the Service ("Output") is created using your inputs and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the Output before sharing it. The Output is yours to use however you wish.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in a promotion or any particular career outcome. The generated packet is a tool to help you articulate your achievements, not professional career advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetPromoted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
